Screenings

Adult health screenings offered include hemoglobin checks, weight measurements, blood pressure monitoring, and medication set-up.

Education

We provide tobacco cessation and vaping counseling, along with community wellness activities that include an educational component.

Foot Care

Our foot care service includes an assessment for infection, a foot soak, nail trimming, callus and corn removal, and lotion application.

We offer foot care services in our office, or we will travel to your home if you are located within Wells County. The cost for service is $20.

Injection Administration

We administer injections (for example B12, Humira, and Testosterone) at both the office and home locations when required.
