Complimentary screenings are available at home or in our office, including weight checks, developmental screening, physical assessment, and hearing tests.
Head Start Screenings
For eligible Head Start enrollees, we offer a comprehensive head-to-toe assessment, immunization verification, and an optional hemoglobin check. Please contact Harvey Head Start & Early Head Start at 701‑324‑4871 before scheduling.
Health Track Screening
This assessment program is available for Medicaid-enrolled individuals under 21, covering developmental, mental, speech, vision, hearing, dental, physical, nutrition, laboratory, and immunization screenings.
Car Seat Safety
Our certified technicians provide installation assistance, which typically takes 30–45 minutes. Please bring your car seat, its manual, and your vehicle. If your child cannot be present, please bring their most recent height and weight. This program participates in the North Dakota DOT Car Seat Distribution program for qualifying individuals.
